Advanced Surgical Technology

Mercy is home to the most advanced surgical technology available in Northwest Arkansas.

  • O-Arm surgical imaging system - the O-Arm and StealthStation platforms allow Mercy surgeons to take CT scans before, during and after surgery to enhance accuracy, keep the procedure as minimally invasive as possible and improve recovery time.
  • Neurosurgical robotics navigation - new voice-controlled technology incorporates robotic digital microscopes and seamlessly combines high-tech engineering with the latest breakthroughs in 3D optics, video processing and robotic automation, allowing our neurosurgeons to perform complex, less invasive procedures.
  • Navigational Bronchoscopy - By using a small camera and a steerable catheter to see hard to reach places, the technology can help treat and diagnose different disorders of the lung, including lung cancer.
