Paying Your Bill at Mercy
Busy lives demand convenient ways to pay your Mercy bills. Here we offer multiple options to securely pay your Mercy bill either online, by mail or by phone:
To pay your bill by mail, you can send payments to the address included on your billing statement. Mail check or money order (made payable to Mercy) along with the tear-off form on the front of the statement. To avoid issues when mailing payments: submit one check per envelope and always include the matching payment slip. Sending one payment for multiple accounts and/or not including the payment slip can result in processing delays and payment posting to the incorrect account.
Call Customer Service at 855-420-7900 for automated bill pay 24/7 and customer support Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central.

We know it might be hard to pay your full bill at once. We have options to help including Payment Plans, Uninsured Patient Discounts, Financial Assistance and more. For more information, please see our options below:
Uninsured Patient Discounts
Mercy discounts our regular billed charges for patients who do not have insurance or a third party coverage benefit. This includes patients whose financial situation normally would not otherwise qualify them for financial assistance.
Medicaid Application Assistance
Mercy is ready to answer questions about the process of applying for Medicaid coverage and even help you apply. If you have concerns about your ability to pay for your care, or questions about financial assistance, Please contact our Medicaid Eligibility Team for assistance at 844-764-6850 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Central.
Financial Assistance
Mercy grants hospital and clinic financial assistance to patients for medically necessary care based on need, as determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Eligibility considers household income, assets and family size. If you apply and are eligible, you'll pay no more than the amount generally billed to insured individuals.
- Helps reduce balance for more manageable payments
- One application for both hospital and clinic balances
- Remaining balances after a Financial Assistance Discount can be set-up on a payment plan by calling Customer Service at 855-420-7900 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central or through your MyMercy account.
Recently, health care has seen a sharp increase in the number of health care-related phone and internet scams. Often, scammers tell patients they’re eligible for a refund and request a credit card number to process payment.
Mercy will NEVER ask you for a credit card number to refund a payment.
If you receive a call or email like this, please tell your care provider immediately or call (855) 420-7900 for more information.
Beginning in August, Mercy patients will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing. Learn more on our FAQ page.
