As your primary care providers, our family doctors take responsibility for the health and medical care of the entire family group, regardless of age or gender.
With broad-based training covering multiple specialties, our family doctors are well-equipped to provide the day-to-day health care needs for their patients. Each provides newborn care, well child care, women's care including health maintenance and gynecologic services, adult health care, minor surgery, and emergency services. Some of the Mercy Clinic family physicians also provide obstetric services.

Please bring the forms with you to your first appointment, along with a photo ID, your current insurance card(s) and all medications that you are currently taking on a routine basis. This includes: prescription medications, vitamins, supplements, aspirin, fish oil, etc. We also recommend bringing the bottles with you – not just a list.
