Mercy Senior VP - Chief Strategic Ventures Officer
Ajay Pathak serves as senior vice president and Mercy’s chief strategic ventures officer, leading the strategic planning, execution and integration of new points of care for patients and communities with a focus on the ministry’s ambulatory and retail footprint. Along with these consumer-centric and retail channels, Ajay leads the collaboration with many of the ministry’s strategic partnerships, including its joint ventures. Leading up to his time in health system leadership, he spent time in health care finance and strategic advisory with Lehman Brothers, Navigant Consulting and the Advisory Board.
Education and Credentials
Pathak has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Sociology with an emphasis in Health Care from Union College; a Certificate Master of Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health; and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.
