Mercy Senior VP – Chief People Officer
Catherine Codispoti joined Mercy as senior vice president and chief people officer on Dec. 1, 2023, with a focus on hiring, recruiting and retaining co-workers for the health system’s multi-state region. Codispoti most recently served as chief people officer at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Previous positions include a variety of financial and organizational leadership positions at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Education and Credentials
Codispoti earned her master’s in health administration at the University of Oklahoma and bachelor’s degree at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
