Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer
Catherine Codispoti serves as Mercy’s senior vice president and chief people officer, leading the hiring, recruiting and retaining of more than 50,000 Mercy co-workers. Prior to joining Mercy in 2023, she served as chief people officer at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Previous positions include a variety of financial and organizational leadership positions at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Education and Credentials
Catherine Codispoti earned her master’s in health administration at the University of Oklahoma and bachelor’s degree at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
