President, Mercy Oklahoma City Communities
Bennett Geister serves as president of Mercy Oklahoma City Communities. He leads operations and strategy for Mercy’s hospitals and clinics across the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and has oversight of Mercy facilities in Kingfisher, Logan County and Watonga.
Geister, who was born at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, previously served as as chief executive officer of Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa and chief operations officer at AllianceHealth Deaconess/AllianceHealth Midwest in Oklahoma City.
Education and Credentials
He is a graduate of Heritage Hall, completed his bachelor’s in business administration at University of Oklahoma in Norman, and earned a master’s in health care administration at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Geister is chair-elect of the Oklahoma Hospital Association board.
