Chief Nurse Executive
Stephanie Clements is Mercy’s chief nurse executive. She joined Mercy in 2024 as chief nursing officer at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City and community chief nursing officer with strategic oversight of more than 2,400 nurses at Mercy hospitals across Oklahoma. She now oversees more than 15,000 nurses across Mercy hospitals and clinics in five states. She previously served in executive, leadership and bedside roles in a variety of disciplines in several hospitals across Texas and Colorado.
Education and Credentials
Clements earned her associate’s in nursing from Alvin (Texas) Community College. She earned a bachelor’s in nursing and an MBA in health care management from Western Governors University.
