Mercy’s new primary care clinic in Ferguson, MO is more than a doctor’s office. Our primary care clinic offers a specially trained staff including licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) as well as community health workers who coordinate care and manage partnerships with schools, churches, food pantries and other local service organizations. Our team is also linked to numerous medical specialists and a full range of diagnostic laboratory and imaging services when you need them. 

Our 5500-sq.-ft facility on Florissant Avenue provides a wealth of health care services, including:

  • Adult and pediatric primary care and women’s health
  • Educational classes on a wide range of topics, including nutrition, managing chronic conditions (such as diabetes, COPD, CHF and hypertension) in addition to Infant and prenatal care
