Love the PA! First time to see him, I really like him. Felt heard, the fact that he looked at my chart and cared enough to ask how I'm feeling was amazing. Made me feel like this is the best Dr office for me!! Thank you so much for getting me in same day!!

My Mercy portal evidently doesn't function as it appears it should. When I go to my portal, the info that comes up relates to me. In the upper right corner, a box makes it possible to switch accounts. This is how I get to my wife's portal. Concerning the most recent scheduled appointments, my wife decided she didn't want to keep her appointment that was scheduled on the same day as mine. So I went to her portal and canceled her appointment. However, when I checked in for my appointment I was told that both appointments had been canceled. Since I did not cancel mine, it appears that the two portals are not really separate. In the future, I think I will be compelled to use the phone for such actions that might affect both my wife and myself. Because of the mishap that apparently happened because of the way My Mercy functions, I was not able to see my primary doctor. Rather, I saw her PA. This time things worked OK, but I can see that such wouldn't all ways be the case.
