        I wish I could start my examination closer to my actual appointment time. It's always 30 minutes or more after my scheduled time.

        EVERY time I check in they ask the same questions that I already answered on the e-check-in. No other Mercy doctor offices I visit ever do this. I find this frustrating and a waste of time. There is always a long line at check-in. Does anyone look at these responses or just a computer?

        The care I receive is wonderful. The only bad thing is that people wait two to three hours for an appointment. We are crowded in the waiting areas just waiting. Even if you are early it is so long before you are seen by the physician. Minimum of 90 minutes. I don't know if it's overcrowding or scheduling in that office.
