      I think the people in the office were amazing, very responsive and very helpful. I think the doctor was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. I think that I was super happy to get into the office quickly. The only problem being that because it was during the holidays, a lot of people required to help out in certain steps weren't there. So it did delay some responses and or treatment a little bit. But other than that, I think it was great.
