Dr. Dinsmore was exceptional in making sure that we ran enough tests to try to determine the cause of my ailment. She also read my results and then ordered another test based on results of my first round, as opposed to just the bare minimum to move us along. The standard of care and compassion was exemplary from all the staff as well. My wife has been here a few times in the past and she loves coming here. Now I know why, and if I can't see my primary doctor, I will be back as well. Just a great experience overall!!

Well I went through the mercy portal to figure out which Dr should go see. Which was a slight run around. I have a pre-existing condition of a slipped or bulging disc. I wanted to be looked at to verify if it is a muscle issue or another problem with my spine. As a mail man a lot of twisting is involved in my job. So I wanted to get referred to someone who could fully assess my issues. Not just say here are some meds. Good luck. I could have done a telehealth & got the same results. I also have to take a full day off of work, even if an appointment last less then 30 minutes. I'm dissatisfied with today. It's not the AAC's fault because they cannot send me too get an MRI. Everybody was nice & friendly there. I didn't take a day off to get "let's try this" & hope I'm not causing myself a more serious injury.

Everything was great, until the end. I was in the room early, swabbed quickly for testing. Dr came in and said she was getting me a script and did not return for 20 min.
