Care Philosophy What motivates me is wanting to do my best. I'm a very type A person. I want to give the best treatment I can, whether that's involving other people in their care, or just listening to the patient. The most gratifying part of practicing medicine is seeing the smile on people's faces and them being happy about the care that they've received.
