    First of 3 doctors in Mercy to request my medical records from CA. The last 2 did not want them. Very unhappy so found a new place. This place was AMAZING!!!! I'm disabeled with 12 prior surgeries and over 20 back injections. First place that cared!

    Whenever I first got my insurance through my previous employer, it was through Cox, not to name another hospital. So I'd been with them for years, always dreaded it. I knew it would be a long wait. I knew that every time I had to go, I could just cut out four hours automatically. Appointment or no appointment, whether it was a walk-in or a scheduled appointment, it was just a very long experience. And ever since I've been with Mercy, with my new provider, I can't believe I missed out on Mercy Clinic. I never want to be with anyone else. It has always been a great experience. Whether I've had to take my son, I go in for something minor, I book an appointment for my health, I am so appreciative to you guys. So thank you so much for making it easy to get an appointment, to be seen, and to not wait such excruciatingly long times. Thank you.
