        I didn't have an appointment when I arrrived. I had gone to Convenient care wher it was determined by the staff, couldn't help. It was an emergency situation, but the staff at tje hospital fit me in and gave me the treatment I needed. My wait time was truly minimal within 10 minutes of my check in. Without a prior appointment. Mercy Urology department took the time to listen to my complaint, and graciously fit me in while still serving appiontees first. They went above and beyond, in my health care. God bless each and every staff member there.

        Ms. Beezley..was very respectful and informed..polite..and educated.. extremely helpful..friendly and professional..I was very comfortable with my visit..I'm so grateful we have people dedicated to the benefit of others who actually care and show it..
