    I have been here for my child more than once and have never had a bad experience! I appreciate the quick service and kindness that we always receive.

    We arrived at 11am for the 11:15am appointment. They got us in a room quickly. However, it was noon before the doctor came in. The doctor examined him and then said she'd have the nurses come clean his wounds and dress them. We waited 20 minutes and then the nurse came in with the discharge papers telling us she would show us out. I asked about dressing my son's wounds. She said the doctor didn't tell her to. She would go check. 10 minutes later the nurse came in and bandaged him up. It felt like a complete lack of communication and very unorganized.
