        Dr. Ipsen, his PA, and staff are very caring, compassionate professionals. They left me feeling very well cared for. Dr. Ipsen really takes time to talk to and get to know his patients. Overall a very pleasant experience.

        They were very concerned about my situation and how bad it was and what they could do and couldn't do for me. They put me first, and my opinion first, and even offered and told me if I could get one second opinion, I could get one. I didn't need a second opinion. I've been fighting my whole life for this, and this is what I needed. They told me like it was and what I needed to know and hear. So they're very top-notch people, and I really appreciate what they're doing.
