        Dr Kramer asked questions and listened carefully to answers. She discovered a medical avenue not investigated before and is contacting another of my doctors. She is very proactive, which encourages my trust in her. She is very friendly while also extremely professional. Her medical knowledge is evident as she answered questions. My experience was stellar.

        Waiting time for lab to take blood was much much longer than normal - almost an hour after the scheduled appointment time. This made the visit with the doctor be delayed.
