Because plastic surgery is one of those things where its not a straightforward sort of process. There’re many ways to try to approach and achieve the goals.         Clearer address on both entry to the building. I entered in on the back way I guess but once in I was entering I couldn't see a sign to indicate or say Main Entry to 701 building (with arrows) pointing straight ahead. I stopped twice where I seen doorways to see if that was the right place.

        Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, even though I was nervous. The doctor was very informative and even wrote down on a sticky note for me things that I didn't understand so that I could explain it to my daughter. Very thorough..
