Appt went GREAT... couldn't ask for a better one. The process to get the appt and to reschedule was so bad I may not return - if I had a hand in how Mercy trains or goes about scheduling appointments I'd start by throwing away the training book and start over. This practice was ideal in every aspect the previous dozen or so visits .... Something changed and t wasn't for the better of healthcare.
