    Betsy is amazing and I have appreciated having her on my son's medical team as we work through his hearing loss and health of his ears. She is always willing to listen, answer questions that we have and give her professional advice in a way that I can understand. I appreciate that they are proactive with my son's care and are truly wanting the best for him!
