    The check-in seemed a little confused as far as the line of patients waiting. There were people trying to check in and out all in the lobby, and they were helping people seemingly out of order of the line, but they were still friendly. The phlebotomist was very nice, and I didn't feel the needle at all! He was very good. And everyone was great with my toddler son who I had with me. My PA was sweet as always, personable and knowledgeable. Had real conversation with me about my questions and my current and hopeful future situations. She didn't push a personal agenda but talks with me about my options and helps me pick the best thing for me.
