    I received an email confirming my appointment for 3:45; I arrived at 3:23 and made my co-payment of $25.00. At 4:05, I asked the receptionist how much longer I had to wait. She replied, "We are a little behind, but your appointment isn't until 4." At that point, I walked out. I never saw the doctor.
