    Yes, this family care clinic in Parraville, other than the Goldstein office experience, the other providers, LPNs, if you guys start reprimanding these people, maybe they'll straighten up and fly right. I don't know, but it seems to me that most of them, not all of them, but most of them are just there for a paycheck and no respect. There just has to be more authority on these healthcare workers in this care facility. I recently found out that some of them have the ability to go back in and delete what was said and done on a patient's record.

    I joined Mercy + patient portal and found out that I cannot send my doctor a written note directly like is possible with the SGCMH patient portal. Hope you look into this time saving feature for Mercy+
