Care Philosophy When I was working with long term care patients, I saw there was a need for Wound Care and wanted to help my patients. In Wound Care, we work with the patient to determine the cause of the wound and set a treatment plan. We also work closely with the patient’s primary care or referring provider to provide continuity of care.
