    I did not feel pressured or silly by asking questions about medications for my child. She took my kids' illnesses seriously and was kind to all of us. Both of my children are sick so I called to schedule an appointment. (I usually make the appointments online.) They were seen at the same time but treated like two separate people.

    It was our first time at this location. Nurse Hanna and her team saw us quickly, which is so appreciated when you're waiting with an impatient, sick child. Her, her assistant and student were all very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. Will definitely check here first when I inevitably have another sick child
