Care Philosophy I chose to work in cardiology because I have a family history of cardiovascular disease. Every patient has as story, and they're all interesting stories. I love the time I get to spend with my patients, and I like being a part of their stories. I think every patient has a right to access high-quality health care, regardless of race, religion or socioeconomic status.

        Heather Baima is wonderful with my mom. She talks loud to her because she is hard of hearing. She listens to mom and doesn't rush through the appointment. She is so sweet and attentive.

        Due to a scheduling mishap our original appointment was unavailable but staff worked to fit us in the schedule since we traveled from outside the area. Very helpful and considerate staff

        When I spoke to my healthcare provider, I was able to understand she was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. I was very happy when I left. I am having a procedure in Kansas City soon and I was able to talk to her about it and I feel much more relaxed about it.
