    Whenever I check my after treatment notes from my provider there are always notes she puts in that says were talked about that were never even mentioned to me during my appointment.

    Since I drive a hour to get there this morning and they called as soon as I was arriving at 7:35 am and said the lady called in sick ,but thankfully they got me in at 10:30 am or it would not have been good at my job ,since I took off to go make my appointment

    She was very kind and understanding. She gave a thorough explanation for each question I asked! She noticed I was nervous when she walked in and she took the time to reassure me and I really appreciate that!
