    My experience was fabulous. They were so kind to my son and made everything super easy to understand and easy to get through. My only problem is that in January, Mercy is not going to be accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and that is a ton of people who you are no longer going to be able to provide service for. So I would just really, really encourage Mercy to work out something with Blue Cross Blue Shield so that we can continue to have a patient-doctor relationship with you guys.
