    Jim is top notch. He tries to provide the best care he can within the restraints of the " rules and regulations" of the facility. He listens to my physical dilemmas which are complicated and have grown even more so over the last 20 plus years I have been see there at Mercy. I know he has a very busy schedule but he has never cut me off or rushed me through my appointment. He is a very valuable asset th the Mercy system.
