    The premise behind eCheckin is to save time. When I get there, I get asked all the same stuff, again, and given a form to complete. I've discussed this with others and they've told me "yeah, I don't do eCheckin, because it's a waste of time". Efficiency should cut both ways. My perception is that Mercy wants to be efficient with their time, and any time savings for the customer is incidental.
