    When we arrived the doors were locked. Waited 15 mins. Once we were in there were no receptionist to check us in, waited another 10 mins. No receptionist ever showed up so the nurse took us back anyway. Both the nurse and Dr were great. Overall we were there over an hour for a typical annual appointment. We will not be going back as every visit takes over an hour, even for a simple follow up flu shot. It's unfortunate because the staff and doctor is very nice but always running behind.
