    When I arrived at 8:30 I went rm 208. There was no one in the office and there was a sign taped to the door jam telling me to go to rm 204. I went to rm 204 and there was no one in that office and there was a sign there taped to that door jam telling me to go to rm 208, I went back to 208 and my care provider was standing in the reception area and took back to 204 and the receptionist was now behind her desk, but the sign was still taped to the door jam. There, my care provider ushered me into the treatment room and we began the procedure.
