        This office is AMAZING. Everyone who works here is so kind, empathetic, and just wonderful. My daughter was complaining of an ear ache and is prone to ear infections. I called in right as you all opened and they returned my call within 20 minutes and were able to immediately squeeze us in. We were in and out of our appointment in less than 15 minutes, which is so ideal considering it was a very simple, straightforward issue. The only thing that could've made it easier is if you had a way to check ears virtually!

        Just as you had a valid reason to be late, so did we the previous time when you turned us away and made a bad day worse. Be human and cut us some slack.
