        Dr. Hagen is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional but so personable and kind. She easily made a connection with my teen granddaughter and made her feel comfortable during the testing process. She was thorough with her questioning and the way she explained things made it easy to understand. Dr. Hagen is a gem! She truly represents Mercy principles with her service.
