    Doctor and his staff were very informative, caring and nice. They have made an unpleasant thing a little better by how easy they are to deal with and how helpful they are.

    Thanks to the welcoming staff at the front desk. I was a little rude because I was frustrated about parking and not knowing which building to go to. But they were kind, showed compassion and helped me to get to my son's appointment on time. I only knew to go to the Burn clinic, no office number at all. Even staff walking along the way were kind.. A random Mercy staff person kindly helped me find the right hallway near the cafeteria.
