        I was a new Patient for this Dr. I have been to the North and South Campus, and have always felt cared for by the front office workers and volunteers, as well as the Medical Staff.

        The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She dismissed me at my last visit and I had to get help from another nurse down the hall. Then when we were on the phone I made a mistake and referred this appointment to surgery. She literally yelled at me. I had a difficult time controlling how upset I was. I apologized for making a mistake and if I did anything to upset her I was sorry. I didn't think I needed to do that but it was better than stooping to her level and yelling back. You need friendlier people at the front desk that want to work with people.
