      I appreciate how compassionate and kind all the people with whom I had contact were. My only complaint was that tape was used that burned and irritated my skin around the bandage of my wound. I only discovered this when I got home and had to change this dressing! Ouch!

      It was my first time to meet Dr. Buendia and his staff. They were all very kind, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Buendia is also very personable, it was easy to converse with him. His calm and relaxed persona caused me to feel the same. He listened when I spoke and provided me with clear information allowing me to make the best decision for my care. His intelligence and competence was evident, without making me feel inferior. Most likely, I wouldn't have scheduled surgery with him on the first appointment if he hadn't been all of the above.
