    I previously saw a provider at another mercy clinic where 3 separate times I waited for over an hour to see a provider.It was frustrating to say the least. This clinic was MUCH smoother. My appt was at 1030 and by 1040 I was talking to the dr.

    Dr. Joshua Hall was excellent about explaining labs and procedures! He included the patient in on decisions. DR. took time to listen to the patients request and needs. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate! I would like him to take care of my family!
