The front desk person never made eye contact. Never said please or thank you. When I arrived she said, "Name" . Not hello, just NAME. Not a good first impression of the practice. This was my first visit. I was a new patient. The person that called my name to go back did not introduce herself. Seemed very put off that I wanted to take my shoes & sweater off to be weighted. I was the only person in the waiting room. She asked me questions without any eye contact or making me feel comfortable. I hoped that at least the doctor would make a good impression and she didn't. She never made eye contact with me. Looked at her computer the entire visit while asking me questions. She never asked me if I had questions. When I timed her a did she seemed put out. I have no idea if the doctor is competent but I do know she was disinterested in establishing a relationship with a new patient very healthy patient.
