    It was approximately one hour from my appointment time that I finally saw the doctor. It was very frustrating to have to wait so long, especially when I believe the staff knew why the doctor was not there and didn't say anything as to why. The staff only said they haven't seen the doctor in the office, yet when the doctor told me she was doing a cesarean I believe her staff knew that and for whatever reason they didn't tell why the doctor was running late. It made for an awkward interaction between the doctor and I when she finally came in. I felt as if I had been left there for who knows how long and nobody thought it was important to tell me why or when I could expect to see the doctor. The visit with the doctor was satisfactory and I feel that she is a good person to help me maintain my health. The staff, however, could use a little extra instruction.

    Dr. Gibbons is very compassionate and understanding and listens to everything that you say. She's very informative about your care and any questions that you have. I appreciate everything that she does.
