Care Philosophy I chose to go into family medicine after the birth of my first child. The nurse that I had during that time was very professional and helped me through the delivery and postpartum period. I'm very passionate about preventive care for my patients, and I think getting to know my patients and their families can help all of us grow together.

        I had Dr. Karen Smith for my newborns first Dr's visit and I will say I was extremely impresses. Me and my husband both were. I have been to OU, St. Anthony, Baptist, Intrgris, you name it and even Mercy over the years and I have never had such amazing experiences with any hospital I have ever been to than Mercy. All the doctors and nurses are always very professional, respectful, and that's a place I trust to the fullest with my child's life in their hands. Dr Karen Smith is a great doctor and I'm very glad that we chose mercy to not only deliver at but chose to continue our business with so thanknyou all for taking such amazing care of me and my family.
