About Katherine Elizabeth Allen, PA

Care Philosophy I knew I wanted to go into the medical field at an early age because my Mom worked in a hospital, and I admired her so much. I loved visiting her at the Hospital and I always felt she had such an important impact on other’s lives. My goal is to help my patients live and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. I hope my patients walk away knowing that I am on their team. I am here to listen, guide and hopefully get them back to the things they are passionate about.

My experience from first scheduling my appointment from a referral to the end of my appointment was the most efficient and positive experience I have ever had in a medical appointment! The staff and provider treated me as if they had known me forever and made me feel very comfortable! I will definitely recommend and be coming back for any needs and although my trip is over 80 mi round trip, it is well worth the time!! Thank you all!

No MRI on a partially, or fully torn A2 is crazy. I explained that it is important that I can use it fully because I rock climbing a lot, and if it's fully torn I need surgery to reattach it so I can weight it fully again. The A2 is not less important than A1 or A3, but can potentially be repaired with custom splints and cortisone, which they didn't consider or were even familiar with. Should not be called hand specialists if they aren't familiar with the palm side of the hand
