The AAC is a an absolute gem! Whether I've taken my young kids or elderly parents--or in this case myself--the level of professionalism, cleanliness, speed, and smarts is top notch every time. Kathleen Smith, my PA for this visit, has a deep knowledge base, yet she conducts herself with such humility and kindness. I couldn't be happier with the care I received!

Kathleen Smith, where do I begin. I thought my visit here was going to be great. And it started out great. Until we got the point of asking what kind of pain symptoms I was having and I tell you. And you laugh at me. You laughed at me and told me I can't possibly have all of those and I need to pick one. I'm sorry, but how would know what pain I've been experiencing for the last month? And then assuming I was in there to get narcotics only was one of the most disrespectful things anyone has ever assumed. If I wanted narcotics I sure as heck don't need the doctor to get them in this day and age. I don't know about you, but I could never sit there and laugh at a patient after they've told you and physically showed you how much pain they've been in when they're literally crying right in front of you. You ma'am, should not be a doctor. The total lack of empathy and respect this woman showed in this dr visit was completely unacceptable and definitely uncalled for. Like why would you laugh at a patient that's literally crying because of the amount of pain they're in? I just don't understand, but I hope nobody else has to go through this embarrassing experience, which shouldn't even be embarrassing, like I did.

For my doctor that scheduled the appointment to be more clear about what this visit was about and what the expectations were of me
