About Kayci Dae Lewis, DO

Care Philosophy I consider myself really lucky to be a part of such a sacred time in people's lives. In this field of medicine, doctors and patients get to build trusting, lasting relationships. Those relationships are important to me, so I never want to rush through appointments or procedures. It's my honor to help parents have children and to watch those kids grow up.

Dr. Kayci Lewis is my favorite doctor that I see. Her and her staff take time to listen what is happening and she is wonderful.

I waited for over a hour in the waiting room today. The lady who took me back was very apologetic and I understand that happens sometimes. Communication w my dr is very hard between visits and medical assistants don't give adequate reports for test results. I feel like when I take time and effort and pay hundreds of dollars to get tests that Dr wants then either the Dr or at least nurse practitioner or PA should call w the report results. MA left very unclear and confusing results and that was frustrating. Details are in my MyMercy messages for whoever has access to see that. I did not talk to Kayci about this today but wish I would have. I like my appointments with her but wish she or her NP could contact me w test results.

When a Mercy facility changes office you might want to notify people of the change. Big red flashing light in the reminder email would be good. I didn't know the office moved and couldn't find the office until I called. Also, you have to do something about parking! Your parking lots don't have enough space for the amount of patients you are seeing. Someone doesn't always want to use valet.
