        I had to call 2 to 3 times for an appointment. First two times I kept getting a different person who would say they needed to check on something before giving me an appointment. Then they would hang up and no one would call back for days. Not sure what was up with that.

        Dr Lewis is very professional, took the time to look at my record and listen to all my inquiries.

        I waited for 1.5 hours prior to being brought back to a room and waited 30 minutes after being brought back. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and clearly had not read my chart.
