    I truly appreciate dealing with Kayla Hecht. She is compassionate and listens to my concerns. We discuss my concerns and options. I also appreciate the visit summary outlining testing, prescriptions and next steps. The MyMercy communication (specifically messaging) is convenient and saves time for both the medical staff and myself.
