        When I asked the dr why he thought I might be having the pain and itching in my ears he said "I don't know" and walked out of the room. It was a waste of my time and money.

        I appreciated the frank communication, though I wish my referring provider would have known I had not met initial criteria for inspire cpap. More communication between Mercy staff would be nice.

        When setting up appointment, ensure Patient knows the address they are to go to in case they are traveling a distance for appointment.
