    The scheduling center was an absolute nightmare. We were told our appointment was at 9:20; we received a text stating our appt was at 9:45 and then immediately after we received an email stating the appointment was at 10:00. We called the number back immediately trying to determine what happened and unfortunately the person who made the appt minutes before was unavailable. The person who we got connected with was extremely apologetic and stated that we didn't even have an appointment! Given the chaos, we showed up to the office before 9:20 fearful that if we weren't there, then we wouldn't be seen Whatsoever. The office staff was fantastic as usual, and also very apologetic stating that this had been an Ongoing issue. And despite that their records were showing, our appointment was at 10:20, that they were going to do their best to squeeze us in before hand given the circumstances. we have been mercy patience as an entire family for many years. Please reconsider this model of a call center for general practitioner scheduling.
