My insurance fully cover all costs under once a year something under "Well Check". When Dr. K Lewis ordered lab test, your room # 150 told me I maybe liable for additional $50 from my pocket even though insurance covered $400 plus amount. I was upset and walked out without the test. I will call my insurance where all asked lab tests are totally covered by my insurance. A classic experience that may lead to losing patients.

I needed to come in for a respiratory illness before surgery and they saw me that day! Excellent care!!
